LONDON-based accounting behemoth PwC is set to become OpenAI's biggest customer as it takes on the artificial intelligence firm's ChatGPT Enterprise communications tool.
The chatbot - designed for large businesses - will be rolled out to more than 100,000 PwC employees across the UK and US.
Although no financial details or business plans have been revealed, it is understood PwC will be the first reseller of the ground-breaking AI product.
"We are actively engaged in genAI with over 95% of UK and US consulting client accounts, alongside discussing the use and implications of AI with many of our audit clients," a statement from PwC said, suggesting it may be developing AI to assist with reviewing tax returns and generating reports.
